Gold Bar Storage Boxes, Banque de France
✓ One of our favorites
One of our favorite vintage finds. These 1960s Gold Bar shipping boxes were produced in France for the Banque de France. Once used to transport and house gold bars, these boiled cardboard containers can be used to store everyday household items or become a feature on a shelf. The boiled cardboard containers have a warm pink hue and feel like a faux leather. The box and lid are reinforced with double layers that are then finished with iron rivets.
