Slow Roads x Field Studies Flora, Glass Battery Jar Vase
Considerations:
✓ Vintage
✓ One of a kind
✓ Environmentally Conscious
Battery jars were used to house the components of early electrochemical batteries. These jars contained a electrolyte solution which encased the electrodes to generate electricity and power rural areas before the existence of power grids. Most battery jars date back to 1900-1930's. Now obsolete these cerulean vessels are perfect for displaying branches or long stemmed flowers.
Grounded by our mutual reverence and affection for Mother Nature, this piece is part of our collection of art, garden decor and niche tools curated in collaboration with Alex Crowder of Field Studies Flora.
