Louis Sognot, Aimé Bamboo Lamp, Medium

One of our favorite vintage finds. The Aimé Bamboo Lamp by Louis Sognot is a classic Mid Century French design from the 1960s. Sognot was a designer working in post-war France working with natural materials. The Aimé lamp is made from bent bamboo and features a bamboo and silk shade with original brass and copper components. The lamp has an inline switch. Due to the nature of the lamp, and wanting to preserve its design integrity, the lamp has original wiring. The Aimé lamp is an elegant accent for any space. We recommend using as a bedroom or office light.
