Designed in Denmark by Børge Mogensen in 1958, the Spanish Dining Chair draws inspiration from traditional Spanish furniture-making techniques that used sturdy leather as an integral part of construction. This Spanish approach supported Mogensen's belief that good furniture should be enjoyed now and for generations to come. Available in solid oak or walnut, the chair's high-quality saddle leather develops a patina over time and the adjustable straps can be tightened as the leather naturally expands.

Construction: Lounge chair of solid wood and saddle leather. Interchangeable seat and back made in vegetable tanned saddle leather with metal buckles. Leather seat has canvas backing. Saddle straps can be tightened as the leather expands through use.
