The Copper Rain Chain is handmade from pure copper as an alternative to a traditional gutter downspout. Water flows from roof to ground in a soft cascade. Inspired by Japanese gardening and tea house design of the Edo Period, where function and nature were closely intertwined. Includes gutter clip and hook compatible with standard downspouts. Unlacquered copper will naturally patina over time. We recommend using a decorative basin at the bottom of the chain to contain the water as it trickles down when under concrete or pavement. One of a kind.
