Inventory Associate: On-site

Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to maintain precise stock levels using Excel and Shopify.
  • Analyze inventory data through Excel to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams.
  • Support demand planning and forecasting efforts by analyzing sales patterns and inventory turnover rates to optimize stocking levels.
  • Assist in materials handling activities including heavy lifting, shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and materials management.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in warehouse operations and implementing best practices for inventory control and materials handling.

Web Merchandizing Associate: On-site

Join our dynamic and diverse team as a Web Merchandising Associate and become a vital part of our web and product team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for supporting web merchandising strategies on Shopify, and working alongside the product, photo and marketing teams.

The Web Merchandising Associate is responsible for the quality of presentation of products online, under the direction of the Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a project manager between inventory planning, photography, product development, copy and shipping and receiving.
  • Support site maintenance and new product launches under the direction of the Leadership Team.
  • Lead site maintenance, including management of skus, category merchandising, internal record maintenance, QA of live site launches and supporting cross functional team members in support of new product launches.
  • Track product data and photography from receiving through to launch, and review post launch.
  • Focus on product and site optimization, pushing for a best-in-class eCommerce experience through a passion for retail, an appreciation of the evolving nature or digital, and a lens of high end product and customer experience.
  • Accountable for the accuracy of sellable inventory online in partnership with Inventory and Shipping and Receiving Teams to ensure online availability of merchandise.

Customer Service/Sales Representative: On-site

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our diverse and dynamic team. In this role, you will be a representative for our company, delivering exceptional customer service, and educating customers and clients on our product. You will also be the main point of contact to members of our Trade Program. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help build lasting relationships with clients and designers, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the overall success of the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service. Answer emails and communicate with customers and clients as the voice of the brand, assisting with product inquiries, sales and returns.
  • Work with Shipping and Receiving on incoming product and returns.
  • Work with Inventory Planning to make strategic decisions on purchasing product.
  • Manage Made to Order and custom product sales by communicating options, lead times, and costs with the customer, while ordering and maintaining relations with vendors.
  • Manage logistics of Made to Order Product.
  • Develop strategic plans for our Trade Program with Interior Designers, identifying new partners and opportunities for growth.
  • Work with the leadership team to follow brands guidelines for wording and voice.

Qualifications

  • Strong written communication skills, with an emphasis on spelling, grammar, and voice.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
  • Willingness to learn and educate customers on our one of a kind, vintage, and made to order products
  • Make strategic decisions in line with with our Terms of Service
  • Experience with retail, sales and/or service.
  • Appreciation for Home/ Interior Design and a willingness to learn
  • Proactive work sense, with a detail oriented mindset
