Crafted from rattan and wrought iron, the Matea Chandelier features six sweeping arms formed from thick, sturdy reeds of natural rattan. Bending rattan of this diameter requires careful craftsmanship, resulting in a sculptural fixture with an organic, architectural silhouette. Each chandelier will vary slightly in color, texture, and grain, with natural knots and surface variation ranging from warm honey to deeper amber tones.
The six-light configuration provides generous overhead illumination, while a saddle tan finish on the candle sleeves and hand-painted metal components complements the natural material. Available with four shade options or without shades for an open silhouette that highlights the rattan form. The included clip-on shades attach directly over the bulbs. Please note that this chandelier is dimmable.
Because each chandelier is handcrafted from natural rattan, no two are exactly alike. Variations in color, grain, curvature, and character are to be expected, along with natural knots, dark markings, and occasional small surface splits. These qualities are inherent to the material and part of what makes each fixture unique.
