Allegra Rug Swatch

Allegra is hand-knotted from warm-toned wool, interpreting traditional border motifs through softened pattern and gradual tonal shading. The composition is defined by a low, tactile pile and a balanced structure, with 30 knots per square inch. The rug measures approximately 1/4” in height and is finished with cotton fringe.

We have partnered with Armadillo, an Australian rug company, to bring our favorite designs from their collection to the Shop. Armadillo is dedicated to traditional handwoven techniques and partners with 1500 artisans in India to produce their quality rugs. The brand shares our values of using ethical and sustainable materials, and they are the only rug company in the US and Australia with B Corp status for their social and environmental practices. The collection features earthy colors, intricate weaves, and eco-friendly materials sourced through fair trade practices.
