Underwater Weaving Studio

Founded by Erin Pollard with her mother, Peggy, Underwater Weaving Studio creates handwoven baskets that bring traditional basketry into contemporary life. Working primarily in rattan, each piece is woven by hand using time-honored techniques, allowing subtle variations in shape, scale, and finish to become part of its character.

Made to be both useful and beautiful, the collection moves between baskets for gathering, carrying, and storage and more sculptural forms for the home—objects rooted in craft and designed to be lived with every day.
