Polish Duck Plate, Set of 4

This set of four small plates is handcrafted and hand-painted in Bolesławiec, Poland, a region known for its long-standing pottery tradition. Made from glazed stoneware, the plates are designed for everyday serving and use.

Each plate features a detailed duck motif rendered in predominantly blue, with accents of green, white, and gold. The imagery is framed by short cattail plants in green and brown. This design is a Unikat pattern—Unikat meaning “unique” in Polish—which incorporates a greater number of colors and finer detail than standard patterns. Each plate is marked with a stamped “UNIKAT” designation on the underside.
