Conical Wall Light

Studio Henry Wilson's Conical Wall Light is created using the centuries-old technique of lost wax casting.  Sculptural and minimalist in form, it may be mounted to direct light upwards or downwards. The Conical Wall Light is cast in solid bronze and stainless steel. Because it is manufactured in small batches, slight variations will occur from one piece to another. Production marks may include slight pour ripples or surface pitting.  The original finish of the bronze version will oxidize and darken over time to reveal a distinctive patina. If preferred, use a quality metal polish to restore brightness.

Note: Pieces are substantial in weight and require a jbox that can support 20lbs. 

Installation: We recommend working with a licensed electrician to install this fixture. A professional drywall finisher will also be required. Each Conical Wall Sconce includes a steel wall bracket bar for mounting and an M4 Allen key. An aluminum backplate is available for separate purchase if desired—please reach out for details. We also recommend using a Trimless Junction Box Cover. When installing outdoors or in damp or wet environments, we recommend installing in the downward-facing position. Once hung apply clear silicone caulk along the top and sides of the mounted surface where the sconce meets the wall to prevent water from dripping behind the light, but avoid sealing the underside to allow condensation and moisture to escape. UL certification, IP65 rating for wet environments

Sunlight and oils from hands will enhance tarnishing the bronze. 

Simply use a metal polish to restore a like-new finish.

Lamps are wired for the US.

Lamps do not include light bulbs. We recommend either a 9W LED or a classic Edison E12.
