Sea Ranch Post & Deck Mount Fixtures

Our Sea Ranch Collection is designed and produced by Coe Studios, an architectural lighting and blacksmith studio based in Berkeley, California. The studio has been around since the 1980s, producing heirloom bronze lighting fixtures inspired by the West Coast.

The Sea Ranch Post & Deck Mount Fixtures are minimal, natural, and functional, taking design inspiration from the community of Sea Ranch, California, allowing them to blend into any environment. The light fixtures are made of blackened bronze with a wax finish and  paired with a handblown glass shade blown into a wood mold.

Fixtures are available with our hand turned cedar posts, made in Sonoma, California. The posts taper gradually from a rounded top to a square base and can be mounted to a deck, set into cement, or buried into the ground. The fixtures are UL Wet listed and can be used indoors and out.

Note: Pieces are substantial in weight. Deck Mount base is solid. Mounting from the inside down. Screw holes. Wood screws included. No additional mounting hardware or wiring provided. We recommend working with a licensed electrician or contractor for installation. For best results, install the wooden post on a concrete slab or into an existing frame to elevate it above soil and moisture. Care: Sunlight and oils from hands will enhance tarnishing the bronze. Simply use a metal polish to restore a like-new finish.

Note: 120V is the standard voltage for homes in the United States. 12V is a lower voltage that's often used for outdoor lighting for a dimmer/ softer lighting.
