Sarasa Boro Tapestry

✓ One of a kind
✓ Handcrafted
This fragment of Japanese wa-sarasa textile showcases a geometric arrangement of circular motifs, interspersed with floral and patterned details in earthy shades of indigo, rust, ivory, and olive. Created using katazome (stencil dyeing), the fine detailing is evident in the petals and surrounding areas. Made from collected boro fragments, each tapestry is handcrafted and mounted on a wooden dowel. One of a kind.
