Throw Bell Round
Considerations:
✓ Handcrafted
✓ Made in the USA
This wheel-thrown stoneware bell from MQuan Studio is finished in a rich toasted brown and decorated with hand-painted designs rooted in Buddhist iconography. Each bell features its own distinctive imagery, exploring themes of impermanence and interconnection through the studio’s thoughtful approach to color, form, and symbolism. A beveled wood knocker suspended inside produces a warm, resonant tone, while a thick, hand-knotted polished hemp rope provides a natural hanging finish. Handmade in New York State, no two are exactly alike. A grounding, sculptural accent for a porch, entryway, or garden.
MQuan Studio creates handcrafted ceramic art and objects informed by Buddhist iconography, exploring themes of impermanence and interconnection. Each piece is made by hand in New York State by the artist and a small team, using hand-built and wheel-thrown stoneware, hand-painted finishes, and gas-kiln firing.
