Uri Flush Mount

The Uri Flush Mount is a Slow Roads design created in collaboration with a bespoke lighting manufacturer in the UK. Solid brass components crafted in Ireland are paired with bench-made fabric shades from Poland. Its softly rounded silhouette sits flush against the wall, with concealed hardware creating a seamless form that places the focus entirely on the fabric. The collection includes classic White and Oatmeal Linen, contemporary textiles by Sean Leffers, and a rotating selection of vintage and antique Japanese fabrics.

Our one-of-a-kind variations are made using vintage and antique textiles sourced from Japan, some more than 100 years old. From handwoven cotton, silk, and hemp to traditional florals, plaids, and woodblock-printed patterns, each fabric tells a story of its own. Some have been layered, patched, and mended over generations, carrying the marks of their history through variations in color, texture, stitching, and wear. Several shades may be cut from the same cloth, but no two are exactly alike. Each variation is produced in limited quantities, determined by the available fabric. Once sold out, it will not be reproduced. New textiles are introduced to the collection regularly, each bringing its own history and character.
